As suggested by our name to SOLO DAY SPORTS each player has a goal of trying to achieve, and we have the ability to help him to reach for the lovelorn through workouts throughout the week from 2 to 3 times a week indoor & outdoor  , (swimming ), and also provide them with personal qualities successful that enable them to deal with all walks of life.

Our coaches understand the need that help people in the development challenges within the sessions to promote development within the games competitive.

We move the players on the enthusiasm and the desire to succeed, but this has to be channeled in the right way to enable them to become better players.

This is the reason for the development of an integrated technical program (Skill – physical – tactical – mental) to develop players to a better level and get to the goal, which is seeking to achieve.
